AWS Elastic Beanstalk has announced support for Node.js 22 on Amazon Linux 2023 (AL2023) environments.

  • Enables deployment and management of Node.js 22 applications without infrastructure complexity
  • Provides updates to V8 JavaScript engine
  • Offers improved garbage collection and performance enhancements
  • Can be configured via Elastic Beanstalk Console, CLI, or API
  • Generally available in commercial regions, including AWS GovCloud (US)

This update allows developers to leverage the latest Node.js version with improved performance and infrastructure management through AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
