  • Allows searching contacts using automated labels
  • Supports scenarios like identifying product interest, customer satisfaction, and agent behavior

Currently available in English in US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) regions, with no additional cost to Contact Lens conversational analytics pricing.
