- Users can now define widget-level filters and groupings
- Ability to re-order and re-size dashboard columns
- Option to delete or add new metrics
- Create custom time-based performance comparisons (e.g., week over week)
- Build targeted dashboards with specific insights, like combining queue metrics
These improvements allow contact center managers to create more personalized and meaningful dashboards that provide deeper insights into their operational performance.
