Amazon MQ now supports AWS PrivateLink, allowing direct and secure API connectivity within a virtual private cloud (VPC).
- Communication occurs entirely within the AWS network
- VPC instances don't require public IP addresses to access Amazon MQ
- Can connect from within VPC or through VPN/Direct Connect
- Supports configuration via AWS Management Console or CLI
- Provides an optimized, secure communication pathway
This enhancement improves network security and simplifies connectivity for Amazon MQ users by enabling private, direct API access.
