Amazon Connect has expanded its capacity plan downloads with a new feature providing daily headcount projections for contact center staffing.

  • Now offers daily headcount projections up to 64 weeks in advance
  • Provides more granular view of staffing requirements
  • Helps with precise hiring decisions and seasonal workforce planning
  • Enables application of different shrinkage assumptions at the daily level
  • Available in all AWS Regions with Amazon Connect agent scheduling

This update allows contact center managers to make more informed and precise staffing decisions by providing detailed daily workforce projections.
