AWS and DXC Technology have developed a voice-to-voice (V2V) translation prototype for Amazon Connect that enables multilingual customer support with near real-time translation capabilities.

- Uses Amazon Transcribe, Translate, and Polly to provide real-time speech recognition and translation
- Enables bidirectional translation between agent and customer languages
