  • Global international dialing capabilities from AWS commercial regions
  • Average telephony coverage increase of 125% across AWS regions
  • Direct routing through AWS global network to 40+ tier-1 carriers

The expansion allows organizations to select contact center locations based on business needs like agent availability and language requirements, while ensuring high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective voice communications through optimized call routing and AWS's private network infrastructure.
