- Customers can now search through audio and video content using natural language queries
- Enables searching within recorded meetings, training videos, podcasts, and other multimedia content
- Uses Bedrock Data Automation to process multimodal assets
- Currently available in US East (N. Virginia) and US West (Oregon) AWS Regions
- Aims to improve knowledge management and information discovery processes
