Amazon Neptune announces 99.99% availability Service Level Agreement

Amazon Neptune has announced an updated Service Level Agreement (SLA) that increases the Monthly Uptime Percentage for Multi-AZ database configurations from 99.90% to 99.99%.
- Applies to Multi-AZ DB Instance, Multi-AZ DB Cluster, and Multi-AZ Graph configurations
- AWS will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99.99% availability
- Customers are eligible for Service Credits if the commitment is not met
- The new SLA is available in all AWS regions where Neptune is offered
This enhancement demonstrates AWS's commitment to providing a highly reliable graph database service for mission-critical applications.
