Amazon Q Business has launched a new feature to mitigate hallucinations in generative AI chat responses, addressing the challenge of AI generating inaccurate or unsubstantiated information.
- Detects and corrects hallucinations in real-time during chat conversations
- Evaluates responses against connected data sources and uploaded files
- Provides more accurate retrieval augmented generation (RAG) responses
- Available in all regions where Q Business is present
- Can be enabled through API or Amazon Q console
This feature aims to improve the reliability and trustworthiness of AI-generated responses by proactively identifying and correcting potential inaccuracies.
