AWS Pricing Calculator, now generally available, supports discounts and purchase commitment

AWS has announced the general availability of the AWS Pricing Calculator with enhanced features for more accurate cost estimation.
- Provides two types of cost estimates: workload and full AWS bill
- Supports importing historical usage or creating new usage estimates
- Offers three rate configurations, including a view with discounts and commitments
- Allows export of workload estimates in CSV and JSON formats
- Available in all AWS commercial regions except China
The new calculator helps customers gain clearer insights into potential savings and cost optimizations by showing how pricing discounts, Savings Plans, and Reserved Instances impact overall AWS costs.
