Amazon VPC Route Server announces logging enhancements

Amazon VPC Route Server has introduced new logging enhancements to improve network connectivity monitoring and troubleshooting.

  • Provides real-time monitoring of BGP and BFD session states
  • Enables historical peer-to-peer session data logging
  • Offers flexible log delivery through CloudWatch, S3, Data Firehose, and AWS CLI
  • Allows customers to independently monitor and diagnose network connectivity issues
  • Eliminates the need for manual tracking of session changes

These enhancements are available in all AWS commercial regions where VPC Route Server is supported, with standard data charges applying for log delivery services.
