
    Amazon VPC Route Server adds advanced logging capabilities that enable customers to proactively monitor network health, track BGP and BFD session changes, and gain real-time visibility into route propagation and peer connectivity.

Amazon VPC Route Server has introduced new logging enhancements to improve network connectivity monitoring and troubleshooting.

<li>Provides real-time monitoring of BGP and BFD session states</li>
<li>Enables historical peer-to-peer session data logging</li>
<li>Offers flexible log delivery through CloudWatch, S3, Data Firehose, and AWS CLI</li>
<li>Allows customers to independently monitor and diagnose network connectivity issues</li>
<li>Eliminates the need for manual tracking of session changes</li>
</ul>

These enhancements are available in all AWS commercial regions where VPC Route Server is supported, with standard data charges applying for log delivery services.
