  • Allows synchronization of channel configurations and service quotas between regions
  • Replicates Amazon Connect configurations like users, routing profiles, and flows
  • Enables traffic distribution settings to shift between Tokyo and Osaka regions
  • Requires setting up a primary instance in Tokyo first
  • Supports creating a replica instance in the Osaka region

This feature provides businesses with improved disaster recovery and business continuity options for their cloud-based contact centers.
