Amazon Q in Connect has expanded its language support for proactive recommendations in customer service interactions.

  • Now supports 7 total languages for detecting customer intent
  • New languages include Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean
  • Can support customer self-service interactions across 26 languages
  • Works across Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and digital channels
  • Helps customer service agents resolve issues more quickly and accurately

The enhancement enables more comprehensive and multilingual support for customer service operations using Amazon Q in Connect's generative AI technology.
