Amazon has expanded Amazon Q in Connect's language support to 64 languages, enhancing agent assistance capabilities.
- Customer service agents can now chat with Q in their native language
- Q provides answers, knowledge article links, and recommended guides in the agent's language
- Newly supported languages include Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, and Tagalog
- Full language support and region availability can be found in AWS documentation
