Amazon Connect launches support for 64 languages for Amazon Q in Connect agent assistance

Amazon has expanded Amazon Q in Connect's language support to 64 languages, enhancing agent assistance capabilities.

  • Customer service agents can now chat with Q in their native language
  • Q provides answers, knowledge article links, and recommended guides in the agent's language
  • Newly supported languages include Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, and Tagalog
  • Full language support and region availability can be found in AWS documentation

This update significantly improves multilingual support for customer service interactions, enabling more seamless and accessible agent assistance across diverse language environments.
