Amazon Connect has expanded its language support for forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling capabilities.

  • Newly added languages include:
    • Canadian French
    • Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)
    • French
    • German
    • Italian
    • Japanese
    • Korean
    • Portuguese (Brazilian)
    • Spanish
  • These languages are available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect forecasting and scheduling are supported
  • Enhances global accessibility and localization for contact center management tools

The update provides more flexible language options for businesses managing contact center operations across different regions.
