Amazon SNS enhances cross-Region delivery capabilities

Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS) has enhanced its cross-Region delivery capabilities with three key improvements:
- SNS to SQS message delivery between opt-in Regions
- SNS to AWS Lambda delivery between opt-in Regions
- SNS to Lambda delivery from default to opt-in Regions
These enhancements provide greater flexibility in designing distributed systems across AWS Regions. Users must enable the required opt-in Regions and use Region-specific service principals when configuring cross-region subscriptions.
