Amazon OpenSearch Serverless now supports backup and restore

Amazon OpenSearch Serverless has introduced a new backup and restore feature with the following key characteristics:
- Automatic hourly backups of all collections and indexes in the account
- Backup retention period of 14 days
- Ability to restore indexes using APIs
- Feature is automatically enabled by default
- No manual configuration required by users
This enhancement provides built-in data protection and recovery capabilities for Amazon OpenSearch Serverless users, simplifying data management and reducing operational overhead.
