  • Allows easy creation of repeating events like daily stand-ups or weekly team meetings
  • Supports two scheduling modes: individual (unique series for each agent) and shared (same series for all agents)
  • Eliminates manual creation of repeated events
  • Reduces time spent on schedule management

  • Available in all AWS Regions with Amazon Connect agent scheduling
