Amazon EventBridge has expanded AWS Key Management Service (KMS) customer managed key support to event bus rule filter patterns and input transformers, enhancing security and compliance capabilities.
- Enables encryption of event filtering and transformation logic using customer-owned encryption keys
- Supports protecting sensitive information in event routing configurations
- Allows organizations to maintain full control over encryption keys
- Compatible with AWS CloudTrail for auditing and tracking key usage
- Available in all commercial AWS Regions at no additional cost
