Amazon Connect Contact Lens has expanded its sensitive data redaction capabilities to include seven additional languages for voice and chat conversational analytics.
- New languages include French, Portuguese, Italian, German, and Spanish
- Automatically removes personally identifiable information (PII), financial details, and internet access information
- Users can choose to redact selected or all sensitive data entities
- Redacted information can be replaced with generic or entity-specific placeholders
- Feature available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect is supported
The enhancement helps protect customer privacy while maintaining the ability to analyze contact center interactions across multiple languages.
