Amazon Connect Contact Lens now supports conversational analytics in 34 new languages

Amazon Connect Contact Lens has expanded its conversational analytics capabilities to support 34 new languages and enabled real-time analytics for 21 additional languages.

  • New languages added include Afrikaans, Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Cantonese), Greek, Hebrew, and many more
  • Now supports a total of 67 languages for conversational analytics
  • Features include call transcription, customer sentiment analysis, and contact driver discovery
  • Generally available in multiple AWS regions across US, Asia Pacific, Canada, and Europe
  • Helps organizations monitor and improve contact center quality and agent performance

This expansion allows businesses to gain deeper insights into customer interactions across a much broader range of languages and communication styles.
