Amazon Connect now supports copy and bulk edit of agent scheduling configuration

Amazon Connect has introduced new features for agent scheduling configuration to improve workforce management:

  • Copy existing scheduling configurations to create new profiles
  • Easily replicate shift profiles (e.g., weekday to weekend variations)
  • Copy scheduling details from existing agents to new hires
  • Bulk edit specific configuration fields like time zone and start date
  • Available in all AWS Regions with Amazon Connect agent scheduling

These enhancements aim to reduce time spent on configuration management, increase productivity, and improve operational efficiency for contact center managers.
