This article announces the general availability of five new Amazon Polly Generative text-to-speech voices and expanded regional support.
- Five new Generative voices launched: Austrian German, Irish English, Brazilian Portuguese, Belgian Dutch, Korean
- Total Generative engine offering now includes 31 voices across 20 locales
- Expanded to three new Asia Pacific regions: Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo
- All Generative voices available in six regions globally
- Amazon Polly enables developers to add lifelike speech to applications
