Amazon Polly's Generative engine receives a major upgrade delivering more natural, expressive, and accurate speech output with low latency.
- Adds 14 new voices across 9 locales, including Hindi and Finnish general availability for the first time
- Expands to 57 total generative voices across 11 languages and 25 locales
- Improves accuracy for numbers, currency, addresses, and entity pronunciation
- Reflects emotion and prosody based on textual context without manual setup
