AWS Resource Access Manager now supports maintaining shares when accounts change organizations

• Treats organization accounts as external accounts requiring explicit invitation acceptance

This feature enables organizations undergoing mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring to maintain uninterrupted access to shared resources when accounts move between AWS Organizations.
