Amazon CloudWatch Logs now supports Application Load Balancer (ALB) logs as vended logs, improving observability and simplifying debugging for network traffic patterns.
- Analyze ALB access, connection, and health check logs directly in CloudWatch
- Track detailed access patterns using CloudWatch Logs Insights queries
- Create metric filters for monitoring, alarming, and real-time traffic review with Live Tail
- Set up telemetry enablement rules to automatically configure logging for existing and new ALB resources
- Configure ALB logs through AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, or SDKs
- Deliver ALB logs to CloudWatch, Amazon Data Firehose, or Amazon S3 with Parquet format support
- Available in all AWS Commercial and GovCloud regions
