AWS Marketplace now lets sellers configure net payment terms on private offers

AWS Marketplace now supports configurable net payment terms on private offers, enabling sellers to set when payment is due and giving buyers upfront clarity on payment schedules.

• Sellers can configure Net 30, Net 45, Net 60, or Net 90 payment terms on private offers
• Buyers see configured payment terms on the procurement page before accepting offers
• Payment terms apply uniformly to upfront fees, scheduled payments, and usage-based charges
• For Channel Partner Private Offers, ISVs set maximum terms and partners offer at or below that ceiling
• Generally available in all commercial AWS Regions with no additional setup required
• Applies to invoice-paying buyers; default AWS payment terms apply if no custom terms are set

This feature improves cash flow predictability for sellers while giving buyers flexibility to negotiate favorable payment terms aligned with their procurement needs.
