AWS Marketplace now supports auto-renewals for private offers, enabling sellers and buyers to maintain active subscriptions with automatic renewal of negotiated pricing and contract terms.

• Sellers define renewal terms and choose pricing models: no change, fixed change, or range-based change
• Buyers can opt in or out during offer acceptance and update preferences anytime
• Both parties receive notifications with term comparisons before automatic renewal
• Either party can opt out before the renewal decision deadline
• Buyers can map purchase orders to renewals for procurement control
• Generally available in all commercial AWS Regions with no additional setup required

Auto-renewals reduce procurement overhead and prevent unintended subscription lapses for AWS Marketplace users.
