Amazon Connect Customer now lets managers import evaluation form PDFs using AI to automatically recreate forms in Connect, simplifying migration from third-party quality management applications.
- Upload PDF evaluation forms and select scoring method (percentage or points-based)
- AI automatically extracts sections, questions, answer options, and scoring into draft forms
- Use natural language instructions to refine form structure during import
- Minimize manual edits before activating the form
- Available in US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Canada (Central), and Asia Pacific regions
This feature streamlines the process of migrating existing quality programs into Amazon Connect without rebuilding forms question by question.
