  • Seven new API operations: CreateMetric, DeleteMetric, DescribeMetric, ListMetrics, SearchMetrics, UpdateMetricContent, and UpdateMetricMetadata
  • Eliminates manual metric management and prevents definition drift across queues, teams, and environments
  • Enables AI-powered operations assistants to automatically create and publish metrics to monitoring dashboards
  • All changes tracked in AWS CloudTrail for complete audit trails
  • Available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect Customer is offered
