Amazon Connect Customer Profiles now allows administrators to customize which customer data agents see and how it displays using layouts built in Profile Explorer.
- Create and save customized layouts of Customer Profiles widgets for different agent roles
- Assign specific layouts to agents based on their request types and data needs
- Include AI Profile Summary to highlight key customer insights for agents
- Available in 9 AWS Regions including US East, US West, Europe, Asia Pacific, Canada, and Africa
Profile Explorer enables organizations to tailor customer data presentation to different agent workflows, improving efficiency and focus during customer interactions.
