Amazon Connect has enhanced its agent hierarchy configuration interface with new features that improve organizational management and tracking:
- Updated admin website for configuring agent hierarchies
- New tree structure visualization for complex organizational layouts
- Free-text type-ahead search to quickly find resources
- AWS CloudTrail integration for logging and auditing hierarchy changes
- Ability to track modifications across all organizational levels
The new interface allows customers to more easily organize agents by department, location, or skill sets, with comprehensive tracking and search capabilities across all AWS Regions where Amazon Connect is available.
