AWS has announced the general availability of AWS Managed Notifications, a new feature of AWS User Notifications that improves how customers receive and manage AWS Health notifications.
- Allows viewing and modifying default AWS Health notifications in the Console Notifications Center
- Provides a dedicated interface to manage notification subscriptions
- Enables unsubscribing from specific notification categories
- Supports multiple delivery channels including: • AWS Console Mobile App push notifications • AWS Chatbot (Slack and Microsoft Teams) • Email
- Configuring notifications is offered at no additional cost
- Available in all AWS Regions where AWS User Notifications is supported
The feature simplifies notification management and provides more flexible communication options for AWS users.
