Amazon Connect now supports agent time off scheduling up to 24 months in the future

Amazon Connect has enhanced its time off scheduling capabilities for contact center agents and managers:
- Agents can now schedule time off up to 24 months in advance (previously 13 months)
- Managers can upload pre-approved time off windows for scheduling groups up to 27 months ahead
- Increased scheduling limits provide greater flexibility for personal planning
- Enables better visibility into future staffing needs
- Available in all AWS Regions with Amazon Connect agent scheduling
The update improves resource allocation and planning for contact center workforce management.
