Amazon Personalize now supports Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6), offering dual stack capabilities for its API endpoints.

  • Enables connections using IPv6, IPv4, or dual stack clients
  • Supports IPv6 access through AWS PrivateLink from Amazon VPC
  • Helps address IPv4 address exhaustion
  • Allows gradual transition between IPv4 and IPv6 systems
  • Available in all supported AWS regions

This update provides flexibility for customers to meet IPv6 compliance requirements and eliminate the need for complex address translation equipment.
