AWS CodePipeline adds CloudWatch Metrics support

AWS CodePipeline has introduced CloudWatch Metrics support for V2 pipelines, providing enhanced monitoring capabilities:
- New metrics for pipeline duration and failure tracking
- Metrics can be monitored through CodePipeline and CloudWatch Metrics consoles
- Enables tracking of pipeline health at both pipeline and account levels
- Available in most AWS regions, excluding GovCloud and China Regions
This feature allows developers to more effectively monitor and analyze their pipeline performance and reliability.
