  • Enables contextual and personalized chat greetings when customers open the chat widget
  • Customers can receive options like product comparisons, store availability, or warranty details
  • Customization is done using Amazon Lex in the Amazon Connect flow designer
  • Can set initial messages manually or dynamically
  • Available in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect is supported

The feature aims to improve customer interaction by providing more relevant and immediate assistance during initial chat interactions.
