Amazon Connect now supports multi-party chat, introducing a new collaborative feature for customer service interactions.

  • Allows up to 4 additional agents to join an ongoing chat conversation
  • Agents can add supervisors or subject matter experts to chats
  • Enables faster and more accurate customer issue resolution
  • Can be enabled within the AWS Console
  • Uses Quick Connects to invite additional agents
  • Available in all commercial AWS regions where Amazon Connect is supported

This enhancement improves collaboration and support efficiency in Amazon Connect's customer service platform.
