Amazon EventBridge Scheduler now supports AWS PrivateLink, enabling users to access the service from within their Amazon VPC without using the public internet.

  • Eliminates need for internet gateway, firewall rules, or proxy servers
  • Allows creating billions of scheduled events across 270+ AWS services
  • Supports one-time and recurring schedules with cron and rate expressions
  • Available in all AWS Regions where EventBridge Scheduler is offered
  • No additional cost beyond standard AWS PrivateLink pricing

This feature reduces infrastructure complexity for users creating and managing schedules within their private VPC environment.
