Amazon Security Lake now supports Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6), expanding its networking capabilities for customers.

  • New dual-stack endpoints support both IPv4 and IPv6 clients
  • Helps organizations transition to IPv6 at their own pace
  • Addresses IPv4 address exhaustion challenges
  • Available in all commercial Regions and AWS GovCloud (US)
  • Allows centralized security data collection from multiple sources

The update enables customers to configure and manage Security Lake with IPv6, supporting network modernization efforts while maintaining flexibility in addressing protocols.
