Amazon Connect adds five new metrics and dashboard drill downs for outbound campaigns

Amazon Connect has enhanced its outbound campaigns reporting with five new metrics and improved dashboard capabilities:
- New reporting on recipients and campaign executions
- Ability to track total outreach against targeted recipients
- Drill-down functionality to examine performance for each campaign execution
- Detailed insights into delivery issues, such as ineligible timezones and communication limit thresholds
- Real-time campaigns dashboard showing recipient targeting and reach
These new metrics are available through GetMetricDataV2 API and Zero-ETL data lake, enabling custom reporting and integration with other data sources. The enhanced analytics are now available in all AWS regions supporting Amazon Connect outbound campaigns.
