Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns now supports multi-profile campaigns and enhanced phone number retry sequencing

Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns has introduced two significant improvements to enhance contact strategies:

  • Multi-profile campaigns that allow reaching multiple people within the same account
  • Enhanced phone number retry sequencing across different contact numbers

Key capabilities include:

  • Automatic attempts to contact alternative authorized account members
  • Configurable contact priority (e.g., mobile first, then home, then work)
  • Automatic fallback to next preferred phone number if initial contact fails
  • Improved right-party contact rates and simplified campaign management

The feature is available in all AWS Regions supporting Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns.
