Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns has introduced two significant improvements to enhance contact strategies:
- Multi-profile campaigns that allow reaching multiple people within the same account
- Enhanced phone number retry sequencing across different contact numbers
Key capabilities include:
- Automatic attempts to contact alternative authorized account members
- Configurable contact priority (e.g., mobile first, then home, then work)
- Automatic fallback to next preferred phone number if initial contact fails
- Improved right-party contact rates and simplified campaign management
The feature is available in all AWS Regions supporting Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns.
