- Supports filtering by adherence status, duration, and percentage
- Enables sorting by duration or percentage
- Provides conditional formatting to highlight scheduling issues
- Helps supervisors quickly identify and respond to adherence breaches
The feature is available in all AWS Regions supporting Amazon Connect agent scheduling, making workforce management more efficient and responsive.
