  • Allows filtering and sorting of agent adherence metrics
  • Supports filtering by adherence status, duration, and percentage
  • Enables sorting by duration or percentage
  • Provides conditional formatting to highlight scheduling issues
  • Helps supervisors quickly identify and respond to adherence breaches

The feature is available in all AWS Regions supporting Amazon Connect agent scheduling, making workforce management more efficient and responsive.
