Amazon RDS for MariaDB now supports community MariaDB minor versions 10.11.13 and 11.4.7

Amazon RDS for MariaDB has added support for two new community MariaDB minor versions:

  • MariaDB versions 10.11.13 and 11.4.7 are now available
  • Recommended upgrade to address security vulnerabilities
  • Benefits include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new functionality
  • Supports automatic minor version upgrades during maintenance windows
  • Users can use Amazon RDS Managed Blue/Green deployments for safer updates

The update allows users to easily upgrade and manage their MariaDB database instances in the AWS cloud with improved security and performance.
