Experiment with dynamic circuits on IQM Garnet with Amazon Braket

AWS has expanded Amazon Braket's quantum computing capabilities by introducing dynamic circuits on the IQM Garnet quantum processing unit (QPU). This new feature allows for more advanced quantum computing techniques.

  • Dynamic circuits enable mid-circuit measurements and feed-forward control
  • Researchers can now apply quantum operations conditioned on measurement outcomes
  • Allows active qubit resets within a single circuit execution
  • Potential to reduce quantum circuit depths and qubit overheads
  • Supports more complex quantum algorithms with limited qubit resources

Key applications include more efficient quantum state preparation, error mitigation, and advanced quantum algorithm design. The feature is available on the IQM Garnet device through the Amazon Braket SDK.
