Amazon Connect has launched a new forecast editing UI for contact center workforce management, offering enhanced flexibility for planners to adjust forecasts quickly and accurately.

  • Enables easy forecast modifications across date ranges, queues, and channels
  • Users can increase contact volume by percentage or set exact values
  • Allows previewing changes before applying them
  • Supports scenario planning, such as adjusting for upcoming marketing campaigns
  • Available in all AWS Regions with Amazon Connect agent scheduling

The new UI simplifies forecast management, helps improve planning accuracy, and allows faster responses to changing contact demand patterns.
