AWS Outposts racks now support new Amazon CloudWatch metrics

AWS has announced two new Amazon CloudWatch metrics for AWS Outposts racks to improve network visibility and monitoring:
- VifConnectionStatus: Indicates if a Virtual Interface (VIF) is operational (1) or not (0)
- VifBgpSessionState: Shows the current state of the BGP session between Outposts VIF and on-premises devices
- Metrics help monitor Outposts rack connectivity without external networking tools
- Available in all commercial AWS Regions with Outposts racks
- Enables setting alarms and troubleshooting network connectivity issues
These new metrics provide enhanced network observability for AWS Outposts racks, allowing easier monitoring and management of network connections.
