AWS Outposts servers now support service link static configuration

AWS has announced the general availability of static networking configuration support for AWS Outposts servers, specifically for service link and DNS IP addresses.
- Allows customers to configure service link interface and DNS IP addresses statically during installation
- Eliminates the requirement for Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) servers
- Beneficial for customers with strict networking security requirements
- Enables manual IP address configuration for service link connections
- Available in all AWS Regions supporting Outposts servers
The feature provides enhanced networking flexibility and security for customers deploying Outposts servers in environments with constrained networking protocols.
