Amazon Connect has introduced new generative text-to-speech voices to enhance customer interaction experiences:
- 20 new generative-enhanced voices across multiple languages
- Supports English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian
- Can be used for welcome messages, policy information, and conversational AI
- Configurable through drag-and-drop flow designer or public APIs
- Available in US East (N. Virginia), Europe (Frankfurt), and US West (Oregon)
These voices are included in unlimited AI Amazon Connect pricing or available for individual purchase, offering more natural and expressive customer communication options.
